 .
. . Order is family name (surname), first name (given name).
 .
. . Each entry contains: line reference,
 . family name,
 . first name,
 . birth date (if known),
 . parents names (if known).
 .
. . The 'line reference' is a 5-position code. The first position
 . indicates a 'generation' (a through i), to allow a generally
. chronological sequence within families. The second position is
. the first letter of the family surname. The third position (a
. number) and the fourth position (a number or letter) allow
. listing families alphabetically within surname letter within
. generation. The fifth position, a number or letter, allows
. listing children within a family. Note that 'a' is considered
 .     to be higher than '9' ('0' -> '9', 'a' -> 'z'). Examples of
 . line reference codes - br204, ft23b, hd5a2.
 .
. . A first name followed by '(n)' indicates a name that the person
