Lived: If present, the town where the person resided.

Buried: If present, the town where the person was buried.

Cause of death: If present, the cause of death.

Clergy: If present, the name of the clergyman attesting to the death.

Remark: If present, one line of marginal notations that appeared in the register.

or to provide additional information.
