Issued in 1919 to commemorate the Newfoundland Regiment and other Newfoundlanders who served in other services during the First World War.

Eight of the stamps are inscribed "Trail of the Caribou" with the names of individual battles in which the Regiment fought, while four of the stamps are inscribed "Royal Naval Reserve" with the Latin "Ubique" (everywhere).

All values have descriptions incorporated within the designs.
